If it's not right, we'll sort it. Here's exactly how our return and refund process works — no fine print, no runaround.

Return Eligibility

What can be returned?

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:
— The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
— The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered
— Original tags are intact and attached
— The product is in its original packaging

Items not eligible for return:
— Products marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
— Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
— Products returned after the 7-day window



How to raise a return

Step 1: Contact us
WhatsApp us at +91 77769 42619 or email elluxeapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief reason for return.

Step 2: Get confirmation
We'll review your request and confirm eligibility within 1 business day. Once approved, we'll share return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the item
Pack the product securely and send it back using any reliable courier. Reverse pickup is available in select pincodes — ask us when you contact us.

Step 4: We inspect and process
Once we receive the item, we inspect it within 2 business days and initiate your refund or exchange.


Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and approving the returned item. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer — we'll confirm during the return process.

Size exchanges

Need a different size? We'll swap it out. Just mention "exchange" in your return request and let us know the size you need. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of request.


Received a damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or completely different from what you ordered, we take full responsibility. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
